All 3 of the kids love to dance and it's so much fun to watch them. The other night we were watching the Olympics men's figure skating so Ethan and Clara took the opportunity to dance to the music. They were really getting into it! We've all really enjoyed the Olympics this year and have watched them every night. It's been fun but I'm ready to have my regular shows back!

Valentine's Day
We had a nice Valentine's weekend this year! Ben bought tulips for me earlier in the week so they'd be perfect and opened for Valentine's Day. They are my favorite and are so beautiful! The kids had a blast at their celebrations at school on Friday. It was Clara's turn to have a parent come to her class party so Ben and Meredith went to that. I had a book fair at another preschool going on and it was the perfect opportunity for Ben to go spend some time at her school. Ben and I also got to go out on a date Friday night. We went to dinner then shopped at the mall which was fun and relaxing. Saturday the kids all woke up to their Valentine's presents from us. They each got a "love note", chocolates, and a toy. Then on Sunday we were invited to a friend's home for dinner and had a great time. I think we are now addicted to Wii Rock Band and Just Dance!

Super Bowl Party!
Ben and I don't follow or watch pro football at all but thought the Super Bowl was a great chance to throw a party. We had been wanting to have some friends over and this was a great excuse! We made pulled pork BBQ sandwiches and fried chicken wings (which the men devoured of course). Everyone else brought delicious food too! We invited our friends from Ohio, the Bentley's, who we hadn't seen in 2 years. They moved here a while ago but live on base in Albuquerque and we just hadn't gotten together yet. It was so much fun to see them! Her Lillian and our Clara used to be mistaken for twins all the time and it was cute to see them playing together again. Our other friends who came were the Coryell's, Hooper's, Dennehl's, and Clyde's. We wish we could have invited more but we sure had a full house! It was so fun that I think it will have to be our new tradition.

New Camera!
We got a new camera with our tax return, a Canon 7D, and are having fun with it. I'm excited to learn how to use it and be able to take even better pictures. These are all done on "auto" but they are a million times better than the ones from our old camera. Here's a few of my favorites that we've taken over the last few days. If you want to see the pics bigger I believe you can just click on them.
